How a counselling round works with us

The same five stages repeat in every round — we stay with you through each one.

  1. 1

    Registration & Rank Review

We go through your NEET rank, category and quota eligibility, and register you for the right counselling body.

  2. 2

    Document Verification

Your certificates are checked against the official list before the verification window opens.

  3. 3

    Choice Filling

We build a ranked list of colleges that matches your rank, budget and location preference.

  4. 4

    Seat Allotment

Once results are out, we help you decide whether to accept, freeze, upgrade or wait for the next round.

  5. 5

    Reporting & Admission

A final document check before you report, so your seat is confirmed without last-minute surprises.

Frequently asked questions

NEET UG counselling leads to MBBS and BDS admissions and is generally handled by MCC (for All India Quota) and state authorities (for state quota). NEET PG counselling leads to MD, MS and diploma seats and follows a separate schedule and set of rules.

Most authorities run two main rounds, followed by a mop-up round and, in some years, a stray vacancy round. Exact numbers vary by year and by state, which is why we track the current schedule for you.

Yes, as long as the choice-filling window for that round is still open. Once you lock your choices or the window closes, no further changes are allowed for that round.

Rules differ by round and authority — in some rounds your seat is simply forfeited, in others it can affect your eligibility for later rounds. We'll walk you through the specific rule that applies to your allotment.
